DOCIPA produces fixing equipment for sandgravel claddings directly at its factory, which is equipped with machinery suitable for the manufacturing of metallic products.
The company has wide experience in the field, ranging from direct single and continuous guide fixing systems, to reticular panel systems.
The equipment and the organisation of the factory allows wide production flexibility, combined with a high level of automation, permitting the handling of different types and quantities of products and short notice.
DOCIPA products are usually made with AISI 304 and 316 type stainless steel according to the technical and economic requirements of the client. Others materials can be used on request.
DOCIPA directly markets its own products, with obvious financial advantages for the buyer.
DOCIPA is Custom-Made Fixing
Natural stone cladding is not very well suited to standardized production fixing. In fact, such is the variety in the architectural project of the facings, the element form and dimensions and the structural support characteristics, that a study of the specific problem of functional and economic objectives is required every time.
For this reason, DOCIPA preferred to organize a non-standardized production, geared to create fixing systems to mesure, based on the specific characteristics of each cladding.
Consequently, the various types off fixings illustrated here don't represent all the DOCIPA products, but only those more commonly produced.
DOCIPA can produce any other fixing system on request.
All the above-mentioned fixing types can be made with wide and complete variability of dimensions.
DOCIPA is Consultancy and Designing
DOCIPA can supply a qualified consultancy service, both during the preliminary phase for correct specification of the most suitable fixing systems to adopt and for cost evaluation estimates, as well as during the assembly phase for the control of the correct execution and the resolution of particular problems in the work yard.
If required, DOCIPA can carry out complete executive designing of the fixing system, static tests and laboratory checks on samples.
DOCIPA can also provide demonstration samples of cladding on its own factory premises.
